We’re Here to Support You

As an independently owned and operated business, we understand first hand that this is a unique and challenging time for us all. Let’s face it, none of us really know how Coronavirus will continue to impact businesses across the Nation like yours and ours. “Normal” may look a little different right now and we’re choosing to keep a level head, a positive outlook, and make the most of every day—we’d like to be there to support you with the same.

One thing we know for certain is that there is a gift in giving and that being good requires doing good. From the bottom of our hearts, we sincerely appreciate you and are committed to supporting the financial well-being of your business, employees, and family in any way we can. While it may not seem like a lot in the big picture, one way that we want to help during these challenging times is by lowering your monthly expenditures. We are hopeful that your other service providers do what they can to support you as well.

Lower Your Monthly Credit Card Fees With Payex

NOTE: To ensure fast and accurate processing, we will only accept requests via our website. Our client support team will direct you back to this page, so please support us in allowing our team to continue providing amazing support with minimal hold-times by only calling for technical needs. Thank you!

Option 1: Rebate of Monthly Fees

If your business was closed and unable to process credit card transactions for a period of ten days or more due to a local mandate or you elected to close your business in the best interest of your employees (Kudos!), this rebate is meant for you.

This rebate is available to clients who:

  • operate retail stores, restaurants, or similar businesses where direct customer interaction is required
  • closed their business for ten or more consecutive days during the previous calendar month
  • conducted no credit card transactions during the time they were closed
  • submit this request by the 15th day of the current month

Please know that rebates apply to set monthly fees including minimum monthly billing, e-commerce and wireless gateway fees, statement fees, advantage plan, PCI compliance, and Payex360. Your rebate will reflect on your next statement and be on a prorated basis.

The rebate does not apply to actual credit card processing fees, dues, assessments, annual fees, retrievals, chargebacks, or any other service fee not mentioned above.

Rebate Example:

If your monthly fees total $60 and you were closed for ten days, your rebate would be $19.73. ($60 per month x 12 months = $720 ÷ 365 days per year = $1.97 per day x 10 days closed = $19.73).

Option 2: Temporarily Close Your Account

If you would like to forego a rebate for last month, we will waive the seasonal account closure fee and close your account for up to 90 days at no additional cost.

Temporarily closing your account instead of obtaining a rebate comes with several considerations:

  • We will waive the standard $20 seasonal-closure fee once; however
  • We will not rebate any portion of fees from last month
  • Closures can take up to 14 days to process; and
  • We will prorate any monthly fees incurred during the time your account is open
  • You will need to provide us with at least 7 days notice to reopen your account; and
  • You will be unable to process any transactions during the time your account is closed
  • Your account will automatically re-open 90-days after closure and normal fees will resume

If you are uncertain as to when you may reopen your business and don’t mind submitting a rebate request for the time you were closed, a rebate may be the better option. However, if you know your business is going to be closed for the next 30 – 60+ days, a seasonal closure could be the perfect solution for you.

But Wait… There’s More (Support Available)

We have two additional ways we would like to help support your business moving forward.

Monthly Communication

We are committed to improving our communication and engagement with you. It’s our goal to deliver timely, relevant, and valuable information to you. One of the easiest ways to accomplish that goal is to deliver content to you via email or text message.

In addition to notifications of when your statements are available and critical industry updates, we’ll also cover the most important subjects that are critical to every business’s success like marketing, management, operations, money, mindset, and sales.

Small Business Owners Support Group

For ongoing business guidance, encouragement, and a dose of positivity, Payex CEO, Doug Mack has established a Small Business Owners Support group on Facebook. This is a great place to connect with a group of like-minded, engaged, and supportive business owners that want to help each other succeed. In addition, Doug holds a live, interactive Zoom video conference on the first and third Saturday of each month at 12:00 PM EST.

While this group is free, it is not for everyone. We are selective about who we accept. From the group’s inception, we have taken a stance on quality over quantity. So we’re committed to only accepting people that are willing to give just as much they’re looking to get. If this piques your interest, click the button below for more details.
